The Simex CBE crusher bucket, known for its high efficiency, reliability, and ease of transport between sites, is ideal for primary volume reduction. With its rotor system, the CBE crusher bucket is the optimal choice for crushing reinforced concrete and demolition debris. Its hydraulic motor, equipped with a high-displacement piston, directly drives the rotor with blades, resulting in zero energy loss and exceptional crushing power.

Compared to traditional demolition machines, the Simex CBE crusher bucket offers several advantages: it produces aggregate suitable for immediate reuse on site and is unaffected by lightweight or deformable materials like wood, soil, or clay. When materials are too hard or large, the patented Simex automatic reversing drum system applies maximum force, effectively crushing challenging objects.

Reliable and Durable Hydraulic Components

The shafts of the SIMEX CBE series are first forged and then cold-machined using numerical control to achieve the required dimensions and tolerances. This production process ensures enhanced hardness and reliability, enabling the shafts to withstand continuous dynamic stress (torsion and shear) and effectively crush stone. With special anti-wear treatment, the blades are exceptionally strong and durable.

The Simex CBE crusher bucket is available in five models, compatible with excavators ranging from 8 to 55 tons. These models come in various sizes and weights to meet diverse applications and operator needs: from the smallest CBE10 with a bucket capacity of 0.40 m³ (0.52 yd³) and a weight of 880 kg, to the largest CBE50 with a bucket capacity of 1.80 m³ (2.35 yd³) and a weight of 4,640 kg.
