Efficiently Crush High-Strength Reinforced Concrete with the CBE 20

In northern Taiwan (Taoyuan), a SIMEX CBE 20 crusher bucket was installed to reduce the volume of large chunks of reinforced concrete generated from previous demolition work.

The primary reasons for reducing construction waste are twofold: part of the crushed material must be transported to processing facilities, while another portion needs to be reused directly on-site as construction aggregate. In both cases, the Simex crusher bucket plays a crucial role in facilitating the transport of large materials and reducing the costs of new materials.

Thanks to the toothed rotor driven directly by a hydraulic motor, combined with excellent cutting power, concrete can be crushed with ease. After a series of tests, the client was highly satisfied and decided to purchase the CBE crusher bucket to enhance work efficiency.
